April 23, 2023 is William Shakespeare’s 459th birthday! To celebrate, I have compiled an interactive map of his hometown. It features hand illustrated drawings of several key Shakespeare related locations in Stratford Upon Avon (that you can still visit today–except New Place, and while the location is still there, the building I’ve drawn is based on a historical sketch, but that building is no longer there.)
The map also features key episodes of our show (some episodes are Patrons-only. Those are marked with the pink/salmon colored Patreon logo). The other episodes linked here are completely free to listen! I am also placing some links to a few other Stratford Upon Avon specific episodes below the map that you can explore.
Let’s celebrate Shakespeare’s birthday this year by taking a podcast tour of his hometown. Enjoy!
